Aduan (Biro Pengaduan Awam Negeri Sabah)
Web-based solution to allow the general public (either residents or tourists) to submit their complaints and requests online to the government of Sabah 24X7 days a year and then channel the public voices to the right party or person to resolve the problems and requests effectively and efficiently.

Co-ordinates all communication with software vendors and other related third-parties by serving as primary technical liaison. Publication of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) purposes. Visitor Registration System (VReg)
Desktop application packaged with a MyKad reader designed for registration of visitors to premises. With this system, signing in and out of visitors is made easy by using the visitor’s MyKad. V-Reg will capture and record the name and I/C number of the visitor from the MyKad as well as system time.

System IMM114
Combined desktop and web-based application that automates the processing and filling in of IMM114 form by reading the relevant data directly from visitors’ MyKads/MyKids and printing the IMM114 slips/receipts. Visitors’ data will be stored in a distributed database cluster so that visitors can be verified against previously stored entry data upon exiting Sabah.

VCares (Versatile Clinic Appointment Record System)
Desktop application packaged with a MyKad reader designed to ease clinics in managing their patients’ appointments and records. By reading patients’ MyKads, this system expedites the process of registering new patients, checking in and checking out of patients. Includes SMS capabilities whereby patients can SMS directly to the system to find out the next available appointment time and it will reply automatically with the next vacant slot in its scheduler. VCares can also SMS reminders to patients on their upcoming appointmets.

CHMS (Comprehensive Hostel Management System)
Full-fledged web-based hostel system designed to further the effectiveness of delivering 24x7x365 hostel administration tasks and providing students accommodation services. The architecture is based on Open-Source (OS) development practices utilizing popular and well-known platform tools and applications (MySQL/PHP), allowing new modules to be easily added into the system as part of a second on-going phase to the project. Among the additional modules being actively developed include the hostel management system and a linked student non-academic database.

Davetsa Portal
The DAVETSA system is designed specifically to optimize the Department of Veterinary Services and Animal Industry (DOVSAI) processes. It deals specifically with a much-improved computerized method for the centralised collection, processing and analysis of data specific to the operation of DOVSAI. With this system, DOVSAI is able to collect up-to-date data statewide which will form the core of the Veterinary Databank (DAVETSA). It consists of fourteen integrated modules and caters for about 800 staff and numerous public access.
